How to Reassign Accounts

This guide explains how to reassign account to another user in OfficeCentral. Assigning accounts helps ensure the right salesperson or team member is responsible for following up the account.

How to Reassign an Account to a User

  1. Go to CRM > Accounts > View List
  2. Locate the account that need reassignment
  3. Click on Edit
  4. Change Salesperson (choose a staff to be assigned)
  5. Click Save Form
